The standard does not include:
  • delivery of kitchen unit, fume-hood, sink tap
  • delivery of kitchen unit appliances
  • tiling behind kitchen unit
  • delivery of pelmets and sun-blinds
  • lighting fittings of residential rooms, kitchen and kitchenettes
  • establishing telephone station and delivery of telephone set
  • delivery of built-in cabinets, shelves, etc.
